Monthly Meeting—
The Toombs County Retired Educators Association will meet on Thursday, March 6, at 10:30 a.m. at the Dr. Mark and Tonya Spivey Public Library in Vidalia. The presenter will be Carmela Williams, who will speak on the proper skin care for seniors.
Monthly Meeting
The Four Rivers chapter of the Society of the Sons of the American Revolution will meet on Thursday, March 20, at Chatters Restaurant in Lyons. Those wishing to eat and socialize should come at 6:15 p.m.; the historical presentation will begin at 7 p.m.

Perry Family—
Sherry Damron Ministries will host Another Perry Family Reunion on March 13, at 6:30 p.m., at the Blue Marquee, 121 N. St., Lyons. Seating is limited, and doors open at 5:30.

Ash Wednesday—
The Episcopal Church of the Annunciation, 1512 Meadows Lane (corner of Meadows and Cheney), Vidalia, will have Ash Wednesday Services on March 5 at 12:00 noon and 6:00 p.m. Imposition of Ashes and Holy Eucharist.
Evangelism Rally—
Nepsey Warren United Methodist Church, Hwy. 221 across from DC's store in Mount Vernon, will host an Evangelism Rally on Saturday, March 8, from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. They will be serving free food.
