TCHS Golf At 1902 Cup
The Toombs County High School boys’s golf team hit the fairways on Monday, February 24, competing in the prestigious 1902 Cup hosted by Benedictine Military Academy at Deer Creek Golf Course at The Landings in Savannah. The Bulldogs put together a solid performance, finishing with a team score of 341.
Vick Moore led the way with a round of 83. Clay Conner shot an 84, Noah Anken came in with an 86, and Drew Woodruff shot a round of 88, to wrap up the team scoring.
This week the Bulldogs were in Alma on Monday at the Byron Ray Invitational at Blueberry Plantation. Meanwhile, the girl's team hosted Tattnall County at their home course on Tuesday. Both events were after presstime.
