Sally D. Meadows Elementary proudly inducted 13 fifth grade students into the prestigious Junior BETA Club Wednesday, March 26. All of these students exhibit academic excellence and uphold A averages in their classes. They display leadership qualities among their peers, have a heart for service in their school and community, and they routinely demonstrate the core values of the BETA organization.
Mrs. Amy Robinson and Mrs. Lawana Kelly are the club sponsors and opened the ceremony with a warm welcome to the students and families attending the event to show support for these highly accomplished students. Mr. Boston and Mr. Helms, two of the administrators from SDM, testified to the achievements of the young group of scholars.
Mr. Helms stated, “We are very proud of this group of students. They represent some of our finest and brightest at Sally D. Meadows, and we’re excited to see what they will do in the future. The sky’s the limit!” Congratulations to all of the new Junior Beta Club inductees at Sally D. Meadows Elementary!
