Lyons died on Monday,

February 1, 2021, at his residence. Mr. Long was a native of South Carolina and was a truck driver. Survivors include his wife, Patricia Long, Lyons; 1 daughter, Andrea Young, Atlanta; 3 sisters, Euntene Rankins, Elizabeth Young, and Eloise Long, all of New Jersey; 4 grandchildren; and 7 great-grandchildren.

A graveside funeral service was held on Friday, February 5, 2021, at 11:00 a.m., in Oakey Grove Cemetery in Lyons.
