Higgston died on August 14, 2020, at Navicent Health in

Macon. Survivors include his mother, Jeanette Terrell, Ailey; 2 brothers, Gary D. Terrell and George D. Terrell, both of Ailey; and 1 sister, Ruby Joe Terrell, Ailey. A graveside funeral service was held on Friday, August 21, 2020, at 1100 a.m., in Mt. Moriah Cemetery in Mc-Gregor. Rev. James Days gave the eulogy.
