Mrs. Brenda Crews

Mrs. Brenda R. Crews, 57, of Swainsboro, died on Sunday, August 16, 2020, at Memorial Health in Savannah following a brief illness. Mrs. Crews was born in Vidalia and was a longtime resident of Swainsboro. She was preceded in death by her father, Otto Robinson, Jr., and 1 infant grandchild.

Survivors include her husband, Jamie Crews, Swainsboro; her mother, Dallas Sharpe Robinson, Vidalia; 1 son, Daniel Crews (Joanna), Twin City; 1 daughter, Heather Smith (Chris), Swainsboro; 1 brother, Ken Robinson (Bobbie), Vidalia; 2 grandchildren, Bryson Crews and Kenley Smith; and several nieces, nephews, and many friends.

Funeral services were held on Wednesday, August 19, 2020, 2:00 p.m., in the chapel of Chapman Funeral Home, with Rev. Mike Poppell officiating. Interment followed in Eastbrook Cemetery & Mausoleum.

Pallbearers were Linnlon Crews, Shannon Boula, Daniel Crews, Chris Smith, Chet Ellison, Louis White and Chace Ellison.

Chapman Funeral Home of Swainsboro was in charge of arrangements.
