Mr. Willie Burley

Mr. Willie J. Burley, Jr., of Lyons died on Sunday,

January 31, 2021, at his residence. Mr. Burley was a native of Toombs County and was a farmer. Survivors include his mother, Calvamma Burley, Lyons; 3 daughters, Christine Burley, Vidalia, and Teresa Dennis and Angela Burley, both of South Carolina; 2 sisters, Mary Helen Burley, Vidalia, and Kathryn (John) Hatten, Lyons; and 4 brothers, Albert (Magnolis) Burley, Johnnie Burley, Habakkuh Burley, and Rev. Sammy Burley, Lyons.

A graveside funeral service was held on Saturday, February 6, 2021, at 4:30 p.m., in Macon Cemetery in Lyons.
