These are the reported arrests from the Toombs County Sheriff's Office, the Vidalia and Lyons police departments, and the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office for the past week. Incidents are taken directly from police files. All suspects are innocent until proven guilty.

In Lyons…

• Derrick Donnell Mincey, Jr., of Lyons, was arrested on Feb – ruary 4 and charged with No Proof of In –

• Joseph Harden, of Vidalia, was ar – rested on January 27 and charged with TCDC-No Bond-Pre – vious Case.

• Brandon Lollis, of Vidalia, was ar – rested on January 26 and charged with Aggravated Assault.

• Nickolas Ste – phens, of Vidalia, was arrested on Jan – uary 28 and charged with Aggravated Stalking, Failure to Appear-Felony.

• Staci William – son, of Uvalda, was arrested on January 24 and charged with Failure to Appear, Probation Violation-Misdemeanor.

• Steven Fitzer – ald, of Vidalia, was arrested on February 4 and charged with Theft by Taking.

• Justin Gaffney, of Collins, was ar – rested on February 2 and charged with TCDC-Revoked Bond-Violated Bond Conditions.

• Paul Mulling, Jr., of Soperton, was ar – rested on February 2 and charged with Probation Violation-Felony.
