BPC Fishing Competes In TN

The Brewton-Parker College bass fishing team competed in day one action in the MLF College Open on Lake Chickamauga in Dayton, TN.
Four boats competed for the Barons with the pair of Antravion Griggs and Dustin Lewis leading the way, sitting at 28th in the field. Griggs helped the duo finish day one in the Top-30 by landing one fish for a weight of eight pounds and 13 ounces. As for the rest of the boats, Mary Goode and Nicholas Watson sit at 126th with one fish at two pounds 11 ounces.
Caleb Barrow and Reese Kingston weighed one fish for one pound 15 ounces to close out day one at 160th followed by Hunter Richie and Corey Yaden at 215th with no fish to weigh.
Griggs and Lewis didn't get any fish on the second day of the competition as they finished in 93rd place overall. Burrow and Kingston pulled in one on the second day with a weight of 3lbs 4oz., which pulled them into 130th place. The team of Goode and Watson also failed to get any fish on the second day and finished in 172nd place. The final team of Richie and Yaden ended with no fish for the tournament. But there were 64 teams that competed that did not get any fish over the two days.
