Mrs. Ashley Thompson Hartmeyer

Mrs. Ashley Thompson Hartmeyer, age 35, died on Monday, March 14, 2022, from injuries sustained in an automobile accident. She was born in Savannah, raised in Metter, and was a 2004 graduate of Metter High School. She received her Master’s Degree from Colorado Technical University in Public Administration. Mrs. Hartmeyer worked for the Department of Corrections and was a Counselor at Long State Prison. She was of the Baptist faith.

Mrs. Hartmeyer is survived by her sons, Jordan and Johnny Hartmeyer of Reidsville; parents, Joyce and Victor Kreiser of Vidalia; brother, Patrick Thompson of Lyons; father of her children, Michael Hartmeyer of Reidsville; several nieces and nephews.

The family received friends at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 17, 2022, at Low Country Cremation and Burial. Funeral services were private. Low Country Cremation and Burial was in charge of arrangements.
