These are the reported arrests from the Toombs County Sheriff’s Office, the Vidalia and Lyons police departments, and the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office for the past week. Incidents are taken directly from police files. All suspects are innocent until proven guilty.
In Lyons…
Margarita Mata Tamayo, of Lyons, was arrested on June 21 and charged with Driving While Unlicensed, Seatbelt Violation 15 and up.
Jesus Nevarez, of Chicago, IL, was arrested on June 21 and charged with Driving on Wrong Side of Roadway, Driving While Unlicensed.
Eric Bradley Hudson, of Lyons, was arrested on June 21 and charged with Warrant Service.
Samantha Ana bel Lopez, of Lyons, was arrested on May 23 and charged with Driving While License Suspended or Revoked (First), Georgia Hands Free Law.
Apneisha Jami lya Shetrice Spann, of Metter, was arrested on June 24 and charged with Warrant Service.
Shanyia Char lette Spann, of Metter, was arrested on June 24 and charged with Warrant Service.
Monique Lojise Jones, of Lyons, was arrested on June 24 and charged with Driving While License Suspended or Revoked (First), Warrant Service.
Cristobal Pe droza, of Baxley, was arrested on June 24 and charged with Driving While Unlicensed.
Joey Lee Losolla, of Immokalee, FL, was arrested on June 24 and charged with Possession of Marijuana Less Than Ounce.
In Toombs County…
Jaron Badie, of Swainsboro, was arrested on June 20 and charged with Burglary 2nd Degree, TCDC-Out of County Hold, Failure to Appear.
Ben Brewer,Jr., of Vidalia, was arrested on June 24 and charged with Failure to Appear-Felony.
Tyson Brooks, of Lyons, was arrested on June 23 and charged with Probation Violation-Misdemeanor.
Steven Collins, of Twin City, was arrested on June 24 and charged with DUI/Alcohol/Less Safe, Open Container-Alcoholic Beverage- Passenger.
Charles Cow art, of Lyons, was arrested on June 18 and charged with Cruelty to Children-3rd Degree-3 counts, Simple Battery FVA, Probation Violation-Felony.
Brandon Evans, of Uvalda, was arrested on June 19 and charged with Stop Signs and Yield Signs, Equipment Required- Brakes, Driving While License Suspended or Revoked (2nd or 3rd).
James Gay, of Lyons, was arrested on June 23 and charged with DUI/Alcohol/ Less Safe, Failure to Maintain Lane.
Ricardo Guer rero, of Vidalia, was arrested on June 20 and charged with TCDC-Out of State Hold.
Federico Her nandez, of Greenville, SC, was arrested on June 21 and charged with Driving While Unlicensed.
Sean Mann, of Vidalia, was arrested on June 24 and charged with Driving While License Suspended or Revoked-Misd.
Randal McKee, of Statesboro, was arrested on June 22 and charged with Computer Pornography.
