VHS Cheer Takes 2nd

In their first competition of the year, the Vidalia High School Competition Cheer Team took 2nd place at the Middle Georgia Cheer Classic, hosted by Houston County High School.

Vidalia’s head coach, Ann Michele Toole, said she “felt good” about the performance despite working through some injuries. “I feel good about our first outing,” said Toole. “From a competition standpoint it helps to build confidence for our first-time competitors. We are working through a few injuries and look forward to having our team healthy for the next competition.”
