Wheeler Wraps Up Season

The Wheeler County High School Bulldogs football team finished off their season on Friday of last week as they hosted the Patriots of Wilcox County. Wheeler ended the season with a record of 3-7, and they were 0-5 in Region play.

Wheeler held the lead early in the game and were on top 14-6 with just over four minutes to go in the first half. Wilcox scored and tied the game less than a minute later at 14-14.

In the second half of the game the Patriots took the lead and held on to take the win over Wheeler. Wilcox won the game 3020 over the Bulldogs.
