These are the reported arrests from the Toombs County Sheriff’s Office, the Vidalia and Lyons police departments, and the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office for the past week. Incidents are taken directly from police files. All suspects are innocent until proven guilty.
In Lyons…
Anthony Kyle Tarver, of Statesboro, was arrested on December 4 and charged with Robbery.
Maggie E. Solo mon, of Swainsboro, was arrested on December 4 and charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance, DUI-Marijuana or Controlled Substance (1st), Georgia Hands Free Law.
Kenya Shakiyla Jacobs, of Lyons, was arrested on December 7 and charged with Driving While License Suspended or Revoked (First).
Jason Lamar Foskey, of Vidalia, was arrested on December 7 and charged with Driving While License Suspended or Revoked (First).
Tammy Lynn Jolly, of Mt. Vernon, was arrested on December 7 and charged with No Insurance, Operating a Vehicle While Registration is Suspended, Expired Tag.
Selstino Quin tero, of Vidalia, was arrested on December 7 and charged with Operating a Vehicle While Registration is Suspended, Driving While License Suspended or Revoked (Third), Expired Tag, Warrant Service.
Kali Ann Purvis, of Lyons, was arrested on December 7 and charged with Warrant Service.
Joseph Marvin Pinkney, of Vidalia, was arrested on December 8 and charged with Failure to Stop at Stop Sign, Warrant Service.
Tiffany Marie Osborne, of Vidalia, was arrested on December 9 and charged with Driving With Expired License, Failure to Use Turn Signals, No Insurance- 1st, Removing or Affixing License Plate With Intent to Conceal Identity of Vehicle, Operating a Vehicle While Registration is Suspended.
Phyllis Michelle Hamlin, of Lyons, was arrested on December 9 and charged with Warrant Service.
Zackary David Stockdale, of Reidsville, was arrested on December 10 and charged with Expired Tag, No Insur-ance 1st.
Melvin Sebas tian Blount, of Lyons, was arrested on December 11 and charged with Battery, Willfully Obstruction of Police Officer Severe/Forceful.
In Toombs County…

Paula Lesha McGowan, of Uvalda, was arrested and charged with Simple Battery/Family Violence (2 Counts), Aggravated Assault/Family Violence, Cruelty to Children-3rd (2 Counts).
Regina Gay Busbee, of Vidalia, was arrested and charged with Felony Probation Violation.
Randall R. Sharpe, of Uvalda, was arrested and charged with Possession of Firearm by Convicted Felon.
Jacob Kes woan D. Smith, of Soperton, was arrested and charged with Speeding, Failure to Maintain Lane, DUI.
