A NEW OPPORTUNITY – Vidalia High School teachers and administrators recently visited the Hyundai MOBIS Group locations in the area, as Hyundai Motor Group and Vidalia High School have signed a partnership to help prepare students for the workforce. AIDING IN RECOVERY – The Lyons City Council agreed to donate a surplussed 2014 Chevrolet Impala to Gardens of Hope Recovery Community Organization to help in transporting individuals in recovery. HELPING ALLEVIATE BURDEN – The Special Local Option Sales Tax (SPLOST) has helped to alleviate the burden of several purchase and upgrade costs from property taxes, and allows visitors and citizens alike to contribute to the Montgomery County School System.Photo by Makaylee Randolph
