Toombs Runs At Region Meet

The Toombs County High School cross country teams competed in the Region 2AA Championship Meet in Hazlehurst last week and both the boys and girls came away with third place.

With the third place finish both teams will move on to the State AA Championship Meet which will be held this Saturday in Carrollton.

Toombs got their highest finish by Cloey Sanders, who took sixth place in the girls race. That also put her on the All-Region Team.
