Vidalia Housing Authority to Host “Fun Day”

The Vidalia Housing Authority will host a free “fun day” for kids and families at the Threlkeld Paviliion, located at the playground behind Authority’s administrative office at 907 Morris Street, from 9:30 a.m. until 12 p.m. on Saturday, July 6.
This event is sponsored by Forge Men’s Recovery Center and Get Toombs Reading, and will feature water activities, book reading, games, giveaways, face painting, and more. Several food items, including hot dogs and watermelon, will also be available for participants to enjoy as the event strives to help unite the community.
