These are the reported arrests from the Toombs County Sheriff’s Office, the Vidalia and Lyons police departments, and the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office for the past week. Incidents are taken directly from police files. All suspects are innocent until proven guilty.
In Lyons…
Barney Bartow Carter, of Lyons, was arrested on August 7 and charged with Failure to Obey Traffic Control Device.
Cervando Quin tero, of Lyons, was arrested on August 10 and charged with Failure to Use Turn Signals, Driving While License Suspended or Revoked (First).
Donald Rex Musselman, of Lyons, was arrested on August 10 and charged with Disorderly Conduct; Obstruct, Hinder Law Enforcement Officer.
Willie Lee Ed wards, of Lyons, was arrested on August 10 and charged with Fleeing Attempting to Elude Felony, Headlight Requirements, Driving While License Suspended or Revoked (Thirs), No Insurance 1st, Operating a Vehicle While Registration is Suspended, Possession of Ecstasy (200g > 400g), Possession of Firearms by Convicted Felon, Possession of Marijuana Less Than OUnce.
Desmond Ty rone Brown, of Claxton, was arrested on August 11 and charged with Driving While License Suspended or Revoked (Second), Seatbelt Violation 18 and Up.

Antonio Coley, of Glennville, was arrested on August 4 and charged with Forgery-1st Degree.
Fitzroy Ellis, of Vi dalia, was arrested on August 9 and charged with Felony Murder-2 Counts, Aggravated Assault-5 Counts.
Richard Gard ner, of Vidalia, was arrested on August 7 and charged with Discharge of Firearms on or Near Public Highway, Possession of Firearm or Knife During Certain Crimes, Possession of Firearms by Conv Felons and FOProbationers, Aggravated Assault, TCDC-Out of County Hold, Theft by Taking.
Jasmine Gon zalez, of Lyons, was arrested on August 8 and charged with Failure to Appear-Misdemeanor.
Terry Gordy, of Vidalia, was arrested on August 7 and charged with Probation Violation-Felony.
Kaden Lewis, of Hazlehurst, was arrested on August 10 and charged with Open Container-Alcoholic Beverage-Passenger, When Lighted Lights and Headlights Required, DUI/Alcohol/Less Safe.
Roman Massey, of Mt. Vernon, was arrested on August 7 and charged with TCDC-Court Production Order-CPO.
Yashekia McK inney, of Vidalia, was arrested on August 8 and charged with Probation Violation-Felony.
Wesley Nabb III, of Vidalia, was arrested on August 5 and charged with Simple Battery FVA.
Diego Perez, of Lyons, was arrested on August 4 and charged with Verification of Immigration Status, Speeding in Excess of Maximum Limits, Driving While Unlicensed.
Sherry Robin son, of Lyons, was arrested on August 9 and charged with Driving While License Suspended or Revoked- Misd, TCDCOut of County Hold.
Tritanus Springer, of Lyons, was arrested on August 8 and charged with Driving While Unlicensed.
Ivan Trejo, of Uvalda, was arrested on August 5 and charged with Possession of Firearm or Knife During Certain Crimes; Cocaine-Purchase, Possession, Manf, Distribution, Sale.
Dollie Woods, of Ailey, was arrested on August 8 and charged with DUI/Alcohol/ Less Safe.
