RTCA Shooters At Charity Event

Robert Toombs Christian Academy's Shotgun Team participated at the Loving Lyons 2024 Shoot That Thang Charity Event. The event was hosted Saturday, August 17, at Bay Gall in Garfield, Ga. The money raised will help support the projects and ministries of Loving Lyons and Beyond.

The tournament was an open tournament for all ages. There were 13 teams in this event. The 4 man RTCA team got 3rd place overall with a 328 out of 400. Banks Hopkins and Lily Cauley both shot an 89 to tie for the top RTCA shooters. They were only 3 shots behind the top student shooter at the event that shot a 92 out of a possible 100.

There were other RTCA students shooting at the event on the Lark Builders team so RTCA was well represented at the event.
