n Lyons Citizen of the Year

The Lyons Lions Club and City of Lyons will host the annual Lyons Citizen of the Year celebration at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, September 26, at the Callaway Community Center. They are currently accepting nominations for the award. Nomination forms may be picked up at Lyons City Hall, or the Lyons branches of Peoples Bank, Vidalia Federal Savings Bank, and Ameris Bank. Tickets for the event are also now available for purchase at theses same locations. The last day to buy tickets is Friday, September 13.
