These are the reported arrests from the Toombs County Sheriff’s Office, the Vidalia and Lyons police departments, and the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office for the past week. Incidents are taken directly from police files. All suspects are innocent until proven guilty.
In Lyons…
Mary Cristal Da vis, of Vidalia, was arrested on September 10 and charged with Seatbelt Violation 18 and Up.
Joseph Mont gomery, of Vidalia, was arrested on September 14 and charged with Forgery, 4th Degree.
Steven Paul Sanders, of Glennville, was arrested on September 14 and charged with Harassing Phone Calls, Possession of Marijuana Less than Ounce (Misd).
Bobby Walter Henry, of Lyons, was arrested on September 15 and charged with Driving While License Suspended or Revoked (Third), No Proof of Insurance.
Joseph Edward Cash, of Lyons, was arrested on September 15 and charged with Fleeing, Attempting to Elude Arrest-1st Offense; Obstruct, Hinder Law Enforcement Officer.
Ethan Jase Strickland, of Vidalia, was arrested on September 15 and charged with Failure to Appear (FTA), Seatbelt Violation-18 and Up, Driving Without License on Person.
Michael Wayne Mulkey, of Wrightsville, was arrested on September 16 and charged with Burglary, Entering an Auto With Intent to Commit Theft-Felony.
In Toombs County…
Lester Cartrette, of Vidalia, was arrested on September 10 and charged with Criminal Damage to Property-2nd Degree.
Ezequiel Me dina, of Lyons, was arrested on September 11 and charged with Child Molestation- 5 Counts, Aggravated Sodomy, Sexual Exploitation of Children.
Peyton Page, of Soperton, was arrested on September 9 and charged with Probation Violation- Misdemeanor, TCDC-Out of County Hold, Failure to Appear- Misdemeanor-2 Counts.
Roger Single tary, of Vidalia, was arrested on September 13 and charged with Forgery-4th Degree- 5 Counts.
In Montgomery County…
Bobby Lee Akins, of Adrian, was arrested and charged with Felony Probation Violation.
Alijah Jaivion Johnson, of Soperton, was arrested and charged with Felony Probation Violation.
Zachary Brayden Webb, of Milan, was arrested and charged with Possession of Methamphetamine, Failure to Maintain Lane.
Javis Shamar Wise, of Soperton, was arrested and charged with Cruelty to Children – 3rd, Criminal Damage to Property – 2nd.
Nicolas Lee Bur gess, of Uvalda, was arrested and charged with Driving without Valid License.

Monica Ricks, of Vidalia, was arrested on September 11 and charged with Warrant Served (Vidalia Probation Warrant).
Phillip Anthony Smith, of Vidalia, was arrested on September 11 and charged with Possession of Controlled Substance / Warrant Served (Toombs County Warrant).
Jikiah Knight, of Vidalia, was arrested on September 12 and charged with Terroristic Threats / Disruption of a Public School.
Ravin Brown, of Vidalia, was arrested on September 12 and charged with No Insurance / Warrant Served (Parole Warrant).
Cristian Romero, of Ellenwood, was arrested on September 12 and charged with Tinted Windows, Suspended License.
